The final project deliverable can include:
- A report and/or presentation detailing the company's current IT and Application environment and a recommendation for changes to network and infrastructure
- An assessment of a given application or IT workload including a Total Cost of Ownership analysis for 2-3 deployment options for said workload.
- A defined Cloud Environment Template that can be used to execute a proof of concept for moving an application to a public cloud on either Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure (e.g. AWS "Landing Zone" definition).

Requirements
Project tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a Cloud Readiness Assessment for an organization or company, including (as desired): a report and/or presentation detailing the company's current IT and Application environment and a recommendation for changes to network and infrastructure, as well as an assessment of each application and it's suitability for migration to various cloud environments.
- Comparative assessment of various cloud and/or on-prem options for an IT project: Provide an assessment of a given application or IT workload including a Total Cost of Ownership analysis for 2-3 deployment options for said workload. This will be provided as a report (with recommendations) and business case and can optionally be also delivered as a presentation for the company.
- Define a proof of concept (PoC) environment for a company to test and validate various public cloud options: The team will provide companies with a defined Cloud Environment Template that can be used to execute a proof of concept for moving an application to a public cloud on either Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. This Template will include detailed specifications for servers and network configuration as well as instructions for automating deployment on the given service and a rough cost estimate for creating the PoC envionment on the service (e.g. AWS "Landing Zone" definition).
