Requirements
Students will work in teams of 5 and spend 30 hours per student to identify the vision to be achieved by your organization, architectural principles to be put in place, select relevant methodologies and approaches, minimal viable architecture, iterations, discuss and select patterns, implementation and operationalization (using devOps). This will lead to students developing or providing recommendations on your organization's target state and roadmap.
Project examples include but are not limited to:
- Create or provide recommendations on an enterprise strategy, as well as a roadmap leading to the desired target state.
- Implementing the digital transformation of a legacy
- Addressing all IT processes needed to support company-wide compliance
- Determine useful patterns and approaches to improve current state and move towards a longer-term vision
