In our recent project, we had mixed results of team performance. Lesley did an outstanding job, communicating effectively and executing her tasks with great efficiency. Her contributions were crucial to the project's progress and were greatly valued. On the other hand, we faced some challenges with Stanley, whose communication was lacking, which led to a misalignment with his completion of project's requirements.
