Details

As our organization develops into a more sophisticated organization, we are focused on creating clear policy and procedure to help us continue growing in the right way. We're invested in establishing policy and best practices in the following areas:

  • Performance management (we've selected a new tool but need help with decisions like cadence of review meetings, roll out plan, etc.)
  • Navigating interpersonal conflicts/ complaints
  • Right to disconnect
  • Organization communication strategy

Through this collaboration, we're looking for completed policies that can be rolled out/implemented in our organization based on research of what leading organizations are doing in these areas.

We believe inspiring communication is the key that unlocks the leadership potential in all of us. Anyone who seeks to lead others through communication needs three key skill sets: self-awareness, the ability to build trust and strong relationships, and the ability to influence others.

To support leaders at all levels in building these skills, we’ve created three streams of leadership communication training: reflection, connection, and persuasion. We believe this combination of fundamentally human skills is the future of leadership and the deciding factor in a leader’s success.
