The goal of this internship project is to enhance FoxiPrint's value proposition and competitive positioning by analyzing its current business model, comparing it with key competitors, and identifying new customer segments and growth opportunities. This will enable FoxiPrint to better align its product offerings with market demands, expand into new markets (including the U.S.), and achieve sustainable business growth.

Deliverables

Business Model Analysis: Examine FoxiPrint’s current business model, including its product offerings, pricing strategy, and marketing approach.

Competitive Benchmarking: Compare FoxiPrint’s value proposition with competitors such as Vistaprint, Staples, and local print shops in Port Alberni and Burnaby.

Customer Research: Conduct research to identify potential new customer segments, with a focus on expanding into the U.S. market.

Offer Testing and Validation: Evaluate the attractiveness of new or improved print product offerings through market testing and feedback analysis.

Strategic Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations to enhance FoxiPrint’s value proposition and competitive positioning.

  • Business-Wide Summary Report – An analysis report detailing findings and insights.
  • Research Report on Target Customer Groups – Insights into new customer segments and their buying behaviors.
  • Strategic Recommendations – Suggestions for refining FoxiPrint’s value proposition and marketing strategies.
