Roles/Responsibilities:

The intern’s role will include tasks such as below as well as other needs the organization may have:​

  • Competitive Research
  • User Recruitment and User Research
  • Translate User Research Insights and Analysis into UX/Product requirements
  • UX Concept Development
  • Online UX Course content development etc.

Project Scope:

The intern will be working on projects related to:

  • Web3+UX
  • Tech Startup Client Projects
  • Online UX Courses
  • IxDA Vancouver: DAO, NFT Certification etc.
Deliverables

- Strategic goal setting & timeline

- Assess the current product concept with the team

- Technological briefing with client

- Research & conduct a competitive analysis

- Help recruit 20 users to interview (screener questions & interview guide)

- Create 20 User profiles based on recruitment

- Conduct 1:1 user interview via zoom

- Create research insights & analysis

- Conduct a research debrief, analysis & insights, value proposition/positioning

- Help determine the set of personas

- Create the mental model of each Persona

- Create a user journey map for the current pain points & the future ideal experience

- Brainstorming session with the key stakeholders

- Create a rapid paper prototype

- Help create the product interaction flow & architecture

- Create wireframes of the key screens

- Create the visual interface design of the key screens

Providing specialized knowledge in the project subject area, with industry context.

Skills, knowledge and expertise

Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.

Hands-on support
