Details

We’re looking for support in developing and improving our marketing strategy based on buyer personas and principles to improve engagement and maximise market potential. Rethink Yearbooks is a B2B2C software startup where we offer personalised school yearbooks. Our decision makers are schools and PTA/PTOs who decide on the vendor for their school, while the parents/families are the actual customers. We need research, analysis, and actionable recommendations that can be applied to our go to market strategy.

Deliverables

Based on our goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following:

  • Examining our current marketing strategy.
  • Analysing market potential through observing target markets and developing personas of ideal target customers
  • Apply consumer behaviour theories and principles to help our organisation reach and impact these target customers.
  • Provide Us with a video recorded presentation, a report, as well a series of mock-ups either to launch during practicum or after the students have completed the project.
Mentorship

I am available for initial meetings to answer any questions and provide more information. Students will work closely and directly with me, the founder of Rethink Yearbooks, who is supervising and available for questions. I will be available for progress meetings via phone or zoom and asynchronously via email and messaging where questions can
