To hire a digital marketing specialist with hands on expertise in GoHighLevel to build, optimize, and manage automated sales funnels that generate leads, convert prospects, and increase revenue for our business.

Tasks and Activities:

• Design and build high-converting sales funnels using GoHighLevel.

• Set up and manage CRM workflows, automations, and email/SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel.

• Integrate funnel systems with our backend and CRM (GoHighLevel).

• Conduct split-testing and performance tracking to optimize conversions.

• Manage lead nurturing sequences and client follow-up automation.

• Collaborate on marketing strategy and funnel design based on business goals.

• Troubleshoot and maintain funnel and automation performance.

Deliverables:

• 3-5 Fully functional sales funnels built in GoHighLevel (including landing page, upsell/downsell pages, thank-you pages).

• Automated email and SMS campaign sequences in GoHighLevel.

• Integration of funnels with GoHighLevel CRM and pipelines.

• Funnel performance reports with key metrics (conversion rates, CTR, ROI).

• Recommendations for ongoing funnel optimization and scaling.

  1. Funnel Setup in GoHighLevel

  • Build out the lead capture funnel for the free masterclass, including:
  • Registration landing page (with persuasive copy and branding)
  • Thank-you/confirmation page
  • Calendar booking page (if applicable)
  • Set up a conversion funnel post-masterclass to promote and sell the 3-day workshop.

  • Sales landing page for the high-ticket workshop
  • Application form or payment gateway integration
  1. Email & SMS Automation

  • Create a nurture sequence (email and SMS) for leads who register for the masterclass:
  • Reminders pre-masterclass
  • Value-driven content leading up to the event
  • Post-masterclass follow-up series to drive conversions to the in-person workshop
  • Develop a separate sequence for no-shows or late-stage leads.
  1. CRM & Pipeline Configuration

  • Set up pipelines in GoHighLevel to track lead stages:
  • Registered
  • Attended
  • No-show
  • Applied
  • Purchased
  • Configure tags, custom fields, and triggers to support automation and segmentation.
  1. Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Integrate basic tracking (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Set up reporting dashboards inside GoHighLevel to track:
  • Registration rate
  • Attendance rate
  • Conversion rate to high-ticket offer
  1. Tech Integration
  • Ensure all pages, forms, automations, and calendar bookings are connected and tested.
  • Set up integrations with third-party tools if needed (Zoom, Stripe, Google Calendar, etc.)
