In order to do this, we want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry. It is important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy.
In addition, we will like to get help on identifying topics, and plan and develop written or creative content for our company. This can include creating digital media content, blog articles, marketing materials, brochures, infographics, etc.
The project will include:
- Target market research
- Industry size and market potential
- Competitive landscape
- Ways to differentiate ourselves from competitors through our offering and messaging
- Strategic positioning of our brand
- Content creation
We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of how we can better serve our customers. We would like recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and products and services.
- This market research and strategy plan could be presented to us in the form of a presentation or report.
- Folder or Canva/Adobe files with Content collateral for marketing purposes
I will be available on a weekly basis to check in and answer any questions. This will include meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Between meetings students can reach me by email and will hear back within a few hours.
