This R2ASP Educational Initiative will enhance access to quality agri-tech education, promote lifelong learning, and support career transitions in the agritech industry. The project aims to address educational disparities, foster community engagement, and create sustainable learning opportunities for diverse user groups. The project goals include: Program Development:  Create a comprehensive educational program tailored for the agritech industry. Strategic Planning:  Develop a robust strategic plan that outlines clear goals, objectives, and action steps for addressing key educational challenges. Community and Collaboration:  Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders and create opportunities for meaningful participation. Impact Measurement:  Implement tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness and impact of the educational program. Sustainability:  Ensure the long-term sustainability of the program through effective resource management and funding strategies.

As a Career Counsellor student, working with NL Eats on the R2ASP Educational Initiative through Level UP was a meaningful and enriching experience. The project allowed me to apply what I’ve learned in a real-world context, especially in designing a practical Career Coaching Framework tailored to the agri-tech sector. Mehnaz was an outstanding point of contact—encouraging, responsive, and always open to new ideas. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a program with such a strong social impact and would absolutely recommend this organization to other students and collaborators.
