This project was a valuable learning experience that allowed me to apply both my creativity and critical thinking skills. One of my biggest accomplishments was successfully completing the core objectives of the project while also contributing meaningfully to the overall vision. I was able to stay organized, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively, which made the process smoother and more enjoyable. Working with the company was an especially rewarding part of the experience. I appreciated the opportunity to engage with professionals in the field, gain insights into how real-world projects are managed, and better understand industry expectations. The company's support, feedback, and openness to our ideas created a positive environment where I felt encouraged to contribute and learn. It was clear they valued our input, and that made the work feel meaningful and collaborative. Most importantly, I learned a lot from this experience—not just about the subject matter itself, but also about how to work more efficiently, communicate ideas clearly, and trust the process. I’m proud of what I contributed and feel more confident taking on similar projects in the future.

Gordon was supportive throughout the project and taught me a lot. There was an extremely large learning curve but with Gordon's support I was able to navigate the project with flexibility.

He was a really good guide for this project. I felt that he was good at explaining things and that I could reach out to him when I felt like I didn't know exactly what was going on. Then he would lead me through it while also making sure I was learning.

Our students enjoyed the challenge of working on such a unique topic. They appreciated the nuances of the industry and were grateful for the opportunity to get feedback from the company stakeholders

Gordon is a very knowledgeable, kind, and humble individual who aided me throughout my internship at EGIPH. Although I knew almost nothing about the HPLC, how to work with one, and also asked a lot of questions, Gordon did not hesitate to make sure that I had complete understanding by having discussions with me and going out of his way to further my understanding by showing me information from external sources. Alongside discussions with Gordon, I am grateful and thankful that I had the opportunity to acquire hands-on experience with the other scientists there. Gordon and the scientists were very encouraging and supportive; they made sure that I was involved in the work they were doing by setting aside tasks for me, or allowing me to help in whatever way I can. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at EGIPH and given the opportunity, I would be happy to work with EGIPH again in the future.
