With more employees there is a greater need to have standardized human resource policies to support consistent implementation of recruitment, training & development, and employee benefits. The desired outcome of this project is the development of human resource policies required for a small not for profit, notably a paid time off policy, but may also include a recruitment and retention, training and employee development, and others areas identified through industry research.

Deliverables

  • Present research summary
  • Draft up to 3 HR policies related to organizational needs and research findings

Mentorship

The Executive Director of the organization will be available for weekly meetings and at anytime through electronic communication. Existing HR documentation will be provided to support the policy development. If necessary a temporary email address and access to Google Workspace apps such google drive, docs, slides, and sheets.
