Working with Elaine over the past month has been such a valuable experience. She’s not only an incredibly knowledgeable UX practitioner, but also an amazing mentor who genuinely wants you to grow. I’ve learned so much from her, especially in how to approach design problems more strategically and think deeper about user needs and communication. One thing that really stood out to me is how intentional Elaine is when she teaches. She goes out of her way to make sure you truly understand whatever needs to be understood (often using creative analogies that make even complex ideas click instantly). Her mentorship helped reshape the way I think about UX. I’m super grateful for the chance to learn from her, and I’m walking away from this experience with not just new skills, but a new mindset.
