Internal HR System / Process for Video Game Startup
As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our performance evaluation tool. The goal is for this tool to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our staff to assist with adoption. Through this collaboration, we would like to develop a plan that addresses three key areas: The needs and challenges of effective performance management/evaluation Research and identify performance management options available that might suit the needs of our team We are a startup, so building good HR habits is critical for us.
