Where to start when rebuilding an industry? We looked at the biggest problems facing the beauty industry - overconsumption, unrealistic standards, disinformation - all in service of profit. We went back to basics and deconstructed industry-perpetuated guidelines and came up with an entirely new concept. MILO Multifunctional is the antidote to overconsumption. A system of three products, thoughtfully designed as a comprehensive solution that supports the skin’s natural processes. This system of three products - Everything Oil, Refreshing Tonic, and Activating Powder—addresses the top factors of skin, scalp, and hair health using carefully selected multifunctional ingredients to effectively replace up to 18 different products. - Number of employees

eCommerce Skincare Social Strategy
Project Overview MILO is seeking two passionate and motivated individuals to help execute our social media and community engagement strategy during a pivotal product launch. This project is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing, social engagement, and influencer strategy while contributing directly to a fast-moving startup’s success. Students will gain real-world exposure to marketing, brand building, and strategic execution , while working closely with MILO’s founders. The goal is to create and implement a one-month social engagement campaign designed to sell out our product’s first round and build a waitlist for future releases . This project is structured to be achievable within 60 hours over a period of 4-8 weeks , ensuring a meaningful yet manageable learning experience. Key Learning Outcomes Students will: • Gain hands-on experience managing a social media marketing campaign from strategy to execution. • Develop skills in community engagement, influencer strategy, digital marketing, content creation, and performance tracking . • Work directly with founders and marketing leadership , receiving mentorship in leadership, business growth, and creative marketing. • Learn to navigate real-world industry challenges while making a tangible impact on a product launch . eCommerce Skincare Brand Launch
Welcome to MILO Multifunctional! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented, resourceful students to contribute to our exciting project, MILO Multifunctional Launch! Main Goal: The primary objective of this project is to successfully launch our MILO Multifunctional Kit—1 System/Kit, 3 Products, 20+ functions. We want students to understand the importance of their contributions and feel confident that the project is achievable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks. The project is strategically timed with our product launch, so by the end, students will see the tangible impact of their work, culminating in the successful market introduction and sell-out of our first product round. Students will focus on managing the project timeline and supporting the execution our launch strategy. This includes supporting all aspects of our multi-channel launch efforts across social media and traditional media. Project Scope and Expectations Over 4-8 weeks, students will collaborate with MILO and its founders to bring our first product to market. We will hire 2 people for this project and delegate the tasks according to interest and skill set, with one person focusing more on project management and another focusing on social and community engagement. Both will report directly to the founders and will be in charge of executing various aspects of our strategic plan.
