Brand and Media Campaign Development for AJK Consulting
AJK Consulting serves marketing agencies, and launched a community for agency owners. To grow the community -- known as Agency Together -- it is looking to establish a strong brand presence for the community and launch a comprehensive media campaign to increase its visibility and attract new clients for its community. The goal of this project is to create a brand identity and small website that reflects the communities values and expertise and to develop a media strategy that effectively communicates this identity to the target audience. The project will involve market research, brand design, and the creation of a media plan that includes social media, and digital marketing. By the end of the project, AJK Consulting aims to have a clear and compelling brand that resonates with its audience and a media campaign that drives engagement and growth.

AJK Consulting - Research + Curriculum Development
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: If you genuinely care. You don't just feel like you care. You show you care about the success of small service-based business owners and want to help them win. We invite you to apply to be a Program Development Lead. You will work in a team of three Program Leads, each assigned a module of our COMPASS method, and apply your research and curriculum development skills to support our mission to make our COMPASS method more accessible to business owners. You will provide research and ideation that will transform three modules of the coaching method into a digital course that can be done at the business owner's own pace. The right candidates will gain an understanding of what it takes to scale a freelance serviced-based business from one to many and the foundations required to build a business that gives the business owner more freedom (not burnout). KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET: Provide research to support the development of the first three digital course modules for a signature coaching method that helps marketers, consultants, and creatives grow service-based businesses into an agency. You’ll build a deep understanding of our customers and their journeys, identify the content and learning experiences that will best help to move them forward at each point, and work with our Founder to identify learning solutions. Develop and curate a compelling curriculum for the digital course clients Understand and empathize with our clients' challenges and turn those challenges into opportunities for delightful education. Identify content gaps and opportunities, and recommend targeted content to support gaps and opportunities. IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:* Interested in writing strategic reports: you're no stranger to doing a SWOT analysis of approaches and providing a summary of findings Interested in program development or curriculum development: a program is only as good as it is easy to learn. You can think and access what is required to make learning easier and then identify supporting learning materials critically. Strong written communication skills; translating research into easy-to-read reports comes naturally to you. You enjoy taking concepts and helping others understand them with ease through the written word. You will apply strong analytical skills to interpret research and identify and communicate different approaches' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Identify and develop instructional material, such as guidelines and templates that help support program development and strengthen the current knowledge base of the coaching program. FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET: Provide a Report of Findings according to the assigned module for research by: Outlining and summarizing options from your research Critical assessment of the alternatives through SWOT analysis Summarize overall recommendations for program design for the module Identify guidelines, templates, and materials needed to support the learning of the module Provide recommendations for curriculum development of assigned module
